Solar energy has become a major resource for businesses in recent years. Harnessing this natural resource in an environmentally friendly way to deliver electricity is at the core of Pulsar Energy’s technology.
Victor Penciu, co-founder and chief operating officer of Pulsar Energy, said the company, whose product development started in 2006, has big plans.
“We are going to grow the company and the specific technology that we developed, which can be manufactured here and bring business to suppliers that are local and manufacturing jobs and engineering jobs to this area,” he said.
Pulsar Energy, which is based in Dallas, has developed a unique proprietary solar energy solution. Its systems provide electrical energy at just three cents per kilowatt hour, offer high conversion efficiency, and have a modular design scalable to any size for power generation.
Businesses, whether small or large, are aware of growing electricity costs.
“What’s unique about our technology is we can do it in a cost-effective way where the cost of energy provided will be competitive with what you would get from fuel-based generation,” Penciu said.
“If a business were to use your typical solar energy technology, they would pay about five times more for that energy than they would for green energy,” Penciu said. “So our technology provides energy at a level three-five times less expensive than typical solar energies available now on the market.”
He also said Pulsar Energy can provide useable heat for businesses that may use a lot of energy and steam for industrial processes. “With our technology, you will get the electricity as well as the heat that can be used to generate steam. You offset your costs for your electricity as well as what you would use to generate the steam.
“You not only will not have to pay for more energy done in a renewable way, but you also have the benefits of not having to do a U-turn and cause harm in creating the energy,” Penciu said.
Pulsar Energy technology is easily installed and involves virtually zero maintenance.
“We’ve developed our technology from the ground up,” he said. “We took a completely different approach to solar. We were able to change the game by having a completely different take on harnessing the power of the sun for creating energy.”
